H. Savinar Luggage Returns:
All products come with our 30 day Return period. If your not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days from the delivery date to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). If the item is not received by us within 10 business days from the RMA issue date, your return will not be processed and your return authorization will be considered as closed. Once item is received by us, you will be credited a full refund of the original purchase price of the product. Shipping costs are not refundable and you are responsible for the shipping cost of returned items.
Please note that for a return to be processed the following statements apply:
- All merchandise must be in the same unused condition in which you received them.
- Items returned that are not in new, unused condition will be not be refunded.
- Returns will not be valid without an RMA number emailed to you. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain an RMA number.
- Be sure to include a copy of your RMA email with your returned merchandise.
- Customers are required to pay for the return shipping. Please be sure to use a shipping service that provides a tracking number for your protection.
- Once your return is received and inspected, the original card used will be credited for the purchase price and any applicable taxes within 3-4 days. Shipping charges are not refundable.
- Please allow 7 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
- Special orders and sale items are not returnable.
- All personalized or monogrammed items are not returnable.
- Any shipping costs affiliated with an order that is returned will be deducted from the credit.
Please contact customer service if you would like to exchange an item for one that better serves your needs. Note that you will be responsible for any additional shipping costs.
Defective or Damaged Good
Please contact us immediately if your purchase arrives in defective or damaged condition. Be sure to take a picture of the item and the way in which it arrived. Contact customer service for further instructions.

Items returned without prior authorization will not be processed.
